The purpose of the service is:
- To offer confidential, professional and personal support and development to all school leaders.
- To promote effective, sustained and efficient performance in all aspects of school leadership.
- To promote enhanced personal well-being leading to increased personal effectiveness and efficiency.
- To increase an understanding of Dedicated Headship Time and improved Work/Life balance.
How do we do this?
- We provide dedicated and confidential telephone and email support during term time.
- We offer visits and bespoke professional development.
- We work closely with other services and we work closely with Devon Association of Primary Headteachers.
